The covod-19 pandemic has meant that we have had to suspend our face to face services for over a year but we have continued to provide advice via telephone, e mail and text.

In fact during this period we have busier than in  previous years.  

During 2020-2021 our advisers have been incredibly busy and have had over 6000 advice conversations with our clients and dealt with over 10,000 questions. We also obtained £2,262,100 in financial gain for our clients. 

We have  been working on making our building much safer for our clients and staff in readiness for when we are finally able to resume a face to face service. 

Although we aren't open to the public we have also tried to cheer the building and the precinct up by providing a seasonal slant to our window dressings.
